I’ll not stop my received writing on my sabbatical but tend to it. I will, by now, have wrapped myself up in Mary’s embrace through “her month” of May, and felt the return of warmth and green grass and spring flowers here in Minnesota.
The Center for A Course of Love’s Board of Directors will have kept things running smoothly while I’ve been away. The Board accepts donations through PayPal and the Center’s PO Box will be checked at mid-month as usual. I’m only planning for one month off but will let you know if I need a little more time!
May the Love of your Holy Ones Bless and Keep You. . .You!
Claudia, once I start “trying” not to think, I think all the more. Give “not judging” what you think a chance for a few days. I have to basically “let myself be.” Then I am loving to myself and can dismiss my self-critical or worrisome thoughts.
Of course, ACIM is great too!
(And your book is only now on its way)
Mari, I thank you with all my heart for your response…and for the book !
Your sabbatical time is very precious for you and for us as well
Enjoy it.
Thank you Claudia. It has been a precious time. To step out of our usual routine, or even our usual “flow,” is such a powerful choice. Sometimes it’s not even a choice! In those choiceless spaces we become available in new ways.
Yes, choiceless spaces: beautifully expressed. From my side I am a bit desheartened by my compulsive thoughts, I even went back to the first lessons of ACIM: they are powerful and effective. I am seing some gaps with no-thoughts but honestly it is the exeption. May be I don’t meditate enough in the classic way ?
