Musings will offer contemplations from Mirari: The Way of the Marys from now until Easter Monday

And at the end of this new life that I birthed, in this horror that blessedly left us in shock so deep it dulled the pain enough that we could live, came the event that moved the beginning to the end.

You are mostly experiencing events infinitesimal in comparison to this shock, and yet, your experiences are in league with the beginning of the end; the pain of leaving behind the old for what will be—the matter of change. P. 219

The smothering effect of death descends.

Air itself is inconceivable. No words are speakable. There is a collapse. A rupture. A tear in the fabric. The sun will never rise again, the buds will not open from their furl. There is no sun, no buds, no furl. Your breath is trapped within your lungs. There is no breath, no lungs. No life.

The heavens roar. Zeus sends thunderbolts. There is a rupture in time and space. Mother Earth cracks open her heart and swallows up the very crumbs of life left in the world.

And then the Bread of Life begins to rise. P. 223

Good Friday, and a shadowy, somber scene lays herself down before me, the poetics of earth and sky. The freeway fence is its width, its height the trees, its depth the earth, its beholder—me. I contemplate the unacceptable, that which is too much to bear.

I wonder about those pains that need not be, the leaving behind, the change. It is so easy to go sideways with that which need not be.

I wonder, when remembrance has become all I have, if all my memories will be precious beyond compare.

I do not want to forget.

I do not want to forget that when Mother Earth cracked open her heart, Mother Mary and the Marys of her day were there, and one with both death and life. They were one when Mother Earth’s own heart cracked open with love and with that crevice of pain. I do not want to forget that both Earth and Heaven shelter us.

I dedicate all thought to unity.

You have the unequalled opportunity now, because you exist in the Time of Christ, to directly share Christ-consciousness and thus sustain Christ-consciousness. You can pass on the inheritance you accept in this fullness of time. In this time of unity, dedicate all thought to unity. Accept no separation. Accept all choices. Thus are all chosen in the fullness of time. T4:6.8
